HGV driver fined for getting lorry wedged in Oxfordshire
A HGV driver has been slapped with a £100 fine this morning after managing to get his lorry wedged across a village road in north Oxfordshire. The Quicktrans lorry got stuck during the morning rush hour after attempting to make a turn in Hill Farm Lane, in the village of Duns Tew, near Banbury. Thames Valley Roads Police team were called to the scene and the driver was issued a on-the-spot fine for causing disruption to local residents.
