Yes. Much like other forms of driving, ADR drivers must adhere to specific rules with regard to time spent on the road and time at rest, to keep themselves and other drivers safe.

These rules specify:

• Drivers must not exceed more than 10 hours of driving per day
• Driver must not be on duty for more than 11 hours per day
• Drivers must not exceed 56 hours of driving per week
