HGV training network have given me an excellent service from beginning to end. My handler Richard Allen was extremely professional, friendly, and helped me throughout the whole process in order to achieve my Class 2 licence. If you want to pursue getting your HGV Class 2 or Class 1 licence these guys are the ones to go to. The whole process took about 5-6months but I'm now a qualified driver and ready to hit the road and start working.

Communications were outstanding from the start, they always explained everything perfectly, we’re there for any question I had regardless of how simple it was as I’m a complete newcomer to the industry going in blind, and as they took care of all of the logistics for me everything was stress free. The trainers they used were truly outstanding and gave me the best possible chance of passing everything first time, which I did. From starting the process in early March to taking, and passing, the practical examination in May, the team at HGV Network were with me every step of the way. Their guidance instilled confidence from the beginning and knowing that they covered all the necessary arrangements ; theory, hazard perception, CPC tests and practical driving, it allowed me to just focus on the studying and to learn as much as possible from the literature provided. Great firm. Before starting was unsure who to go with as there are loads of dodgy company's out there in terms of booking your course. Spoke to Richard and within 30 minutes was sure this was the right way to go. They keep in regular contact and make sure everything runs smooth from your medical to driving test. Managed to obtain my license within 80 days thanks to Richard and his colleagues. Don't hesitate to contact them as they are the way to go no need to look elsewhere

I've been working with HGV Training Network for the last couple of months to gain my Class 2 licence, from the first point I contacted them to the end they've been nothing but flawless. There is no hassle or stress going through HGV Training Network everything is booked for you on the dates/times that are suitable for you.My go to contact was Ben who provided me with an in-depth break down of both the Class 1 & Class 2 licences to choose from with no BS like any normal salesperson would provide just to gain money and once signed up he gave me all the resources to get through both my Theory & Case Study tests and was constantly available to call if I needed anything explained or help with during this time. (Passed first time) I then got passed over to Richard who helped me through my Driving/CPC practical tests, again I can't fault what he provided me to pass my Driving/CPC first time.I've come from a background with no prior knowledge or experience working in this industry & got told if they can do it, you can if you go in with that mentality then you set yourself up to fail as it's not easy. After listening to what he had to say I took some time to decide if it was for me, decided to go for it an it turned out to be one ot the best things I've done. I booked 20 hrs in class 1 gotta top quality trainer from rsm called rus who is really a great guy easy to get along with, professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He just reminded me of hank from breaking bad 😆 🤣. Rang Richard back after I passed 😉 had another great phone call with him, he left me with a contact for potentially getting a new job aswell. The people working for HGV Training Network are a credit to their company. Predominantly, I dealt with Richard, however at the beginning I was also assisted by Chris and I spoke with Sarah a few times throughout my training as well. Whenever I called they were always on hand to help and, if not available, called back right away. Their material is set out in a way which makes it easy to follow and they always explained things fully and in a way which made me confident at every stage. Richard is a great guy and always had time for a quick chat and a laugh whenever we spoke. Due to a change in jobs I had to put the training on hold for a while but when we touched base around a year later he remembered everything about my family and personal circumstances - that’s what I call going the extra mile and someone who cares.
